Ingredients
- Phraya Elements - 45ml
- Pineapple Juice - 85 ml
- Coconut water - 25ml
- Lime juice - 15ml
- Pomegranate Syrup - 10ml
Total Volume: 180ml
Glassware
Straight body high ball glass with a slight weighted bottom at 350ml (35cl) size (ensure the liquid level (wash-line) is consistent and not too low or high).

Cubed (to top of glass)
Method
- Build everything (except Pomegranate syrup) into the high ball with ice and pull through with bar spoon.
- Pour pomegranate syrup just before service to achieve Golden Hour look.
