Lime juice (freshly squeezed) – 15ml  

  • Sugar syrup – 10ml  
  • Total volume: 75ml

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice. 

  2. Fine strain into chilled Coupe glass. 

  3. Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
