Phraya Deep Matured Gold Rum – 50ml
Sugar syrup – 5-10ml (depending on preference)
Orange bitters – 2/3 dashes

Method

Add the rum, sugar syrup and bitters to a mixing glass. Add 3 ice cubes and stir slowly with a mixing spoon until the outside of the glass feels cold.

Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Garnish with a strip of orange peel.
