Ingredients

Phraya Rum Elements 8 Years – 45ml  

Lime juice – 25ml  

Orange curacao – 10-15ml (depending on preference)  

Sugar syrup – 10ml   

Orgeat syrup – 10ml   

Glassware

Rocks  

Ice

Crushed 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes and shake. 

  2. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice then strain the cocktail over it.  

  3. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
